FAQ
-
What oil do we use?
We seek to use only high-quality oil. We use full-synthetic engine oil that is API certified for your specific vehicle.
-
What oil filter do we use?
It is necessary to change the oil filter every oil change. Every vehicle is different, therefore every oil filter is different. We use NAPA brand oil filters that are rated to OEM specifications.
-
What if I need to schedule an oil change during a time unavailable??
We do our best to serve all our clients in a timely manner. If the time you wanted to schedule is unavailable please reach out and we will do our best to find a time that works out.
-
Do we use conventional oil?
All oil that is marked as "conventional" oil still has synthetic oil in it. The oil grade below full-synthetic is a synthetic blend. We strive to only use the best oil so we therefore exclusively use full-synthetic.

What could cause a cancelation in my appointment?
Rest assured we try to move locations or move times to accommodate as much as possible. If conditions are dangerous we reserve the right to cancel an appointment. Some of these things could be inclement weather (heat, cold, wind, rain, snow), dangerous location (too steep of a slope, dangerous traffic) etc.

I fall outside the service zip codes, can I still get my oil changed?
Yes! There are two options. Give us a call or text and tell us your exact location and we can see if we can schedule a time. If not, you are welcome to bring your vehicle by our facility.
